83 × 55 × 35 cm — Seat height: 52 cm — Reclaimed wood (softwood battens), 6×130 Torx zinc‑plated steel screws.

This stool was conceived around a principle where form grows directly out of function. The intention was to draw tradition inherited from Jean Prouvé (Do-It-Yourself Chair, 1947) and Enzo Mari (Autoprogettazione Chair, 1974). Its silhouette makes it immediately legible, almost self‑explanatory in use. It naturally finds its place in an entranceway or fitting room, as a quiet support on which to sit while slipping shoes on or off. This intention extends the lineage of traditional shoemakers’ seats, embracing their sparing use of means and their precise, down‑to‑earth functionality.
